Usage Rules

Users shall use the service lawfully and shall not engage in illegal activities or infringe on others' rights.

Account Responsibility

Keep your account credentials secure. Transfer or lending is not permitted. You are responsible for any losses from unauthorized access.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for terms violations without refund.

Liability Limitation

This is an emotional awareness tool, not a medical service. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses from using this service.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.

Data Collected

Email, name, payment info, and conversation content & emotional records generated during service use.

Data Usage

Providing and improving the service, processing payments and refunds, sending service notifications, conducting anonymized statistical analysis.

Data Retention

Retained during service and 1 year after. You may request deletion at any time via email.

Third-Party Disclosure

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Payment data is processed by ECPay; we do not store full card numbers.

Team Plan Privacy

For team plans, administrators can only see usage statistics (e.g. active days), not individual conversation content.

Your Rights
